The best way to book an order is through our online contact form. Please provide as much information as possible and we will email you a quote within 48 business hours to verify your event details and confirm your order. We encourage you to book in advance to ensure we have the appropriate items in stock.
Cancellation: Refunds are not issued for items cancelled with less than 30 days notice.
HOW DO I PAY? Payment is due in full one week before event date. We accept cash, and e-transfer. Driver’s license to be kept on file is required for renting any large items.
A 50% deposit guarantees your reservation. The deposit is non refundable.
An additional security deposit of minimum 50% of the total equipment & decor rental fee is required on all orders and is due at or near time of customer pick-up. The security deposit will be returned once equipment is proved to be returned in it's original condition.
No refunds will be issued on unused equipment. All rental equipment is subject to availability at time of booking. Prices are subject to change without notice.
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY Rented equipment is the responsibility of the customer from time of customer pick-up to the time of the equipment’s return.
The customer will be responsible for any loss or damage of equipment if any occur.
We ask that everything be returned clean and organized. A minimum of $10 charge is applied to and deducted from the security deposit if equipment is returned in unclean or broken condition.
The customer will not abuse, misuse or damage the equipment: Keep all rental equipment away from open flame or heat sources. Use rental equipment for intended purpose only. Place all rental equipment on solid and level surfaces. Do not stand on or tilt any of the rental equipment.

WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED? We are located inside Calgary area. Once order is confirmed, we will provide the pickup location.
WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY OPTIONS?
We currently offer CLIENT pick up / drop off . If requested, delivery of items and pickup return items is available for an additional fee. Please contact us for details.

Terms & Conditions EVENT RENTAL SERVICES
To book a rental items, submit request via website, or email. Please include event date, location, services or rental items.
All deposits and payments are non-refundable for the exception of the security deposit. 50% nonrefundable deposit is required for all services to reserve booking. This amount is credited towards your total bill. Reservation of an item/services secures and prevents rental of items/services by other clients. Remaining balance is due one week (7 days) before event date.
Customer is responsible for all damage to our property. Damage deposit is required for all services and will be refunded after event, if all items are returned without damages.
Any Deposit received along with signed contract will serve as agreement and acceptance of these terms.

Cash and money transfer payments are accepted payment method. We currently do not accept cheque, and credit payments.
Any changes made by our clients will absolutely be accommodated to the best of our ability based on availability. If the wanted item is not previously booked, we are more than happy to make the change for you at any given time prior to the event.
RENTALS – PICKUP & RETURNS
Rentals can be picked up and returned in the same condition as when they were picked up. Normal Rental period is 3 days - a day or two before event and return is required a day after event. A full rental fee will apply per day for items not returned.
DELIVERY FEE AND/OR PICK UP FEE
If requested, we can deliver and pick up return items for an additional fee. Service is based on availability and subject to approval.

We will process all requests for access to personal information in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act. If any personal information we hold about you is not accurate, complete or up to date, please let us know and we will update the information. Personal Information Security -We are committed to keeping secure the data you provide to us and we will take all reasonable precautions to protect your personally identifiable information from loss, misuse or alteration. Changes to our Privacy Policy- From time to time it may be necessary for us to revise our privacy policy. We reserve the right to change our privacy policy at any time without prior notice.
